The term bollard cover, (or misspelled as ballard cover) and bumper post sleeve all refer to a product which is manufactured in a high density polyethylene, which is then used to slid over an existing bollard.

The bollard cover was produced to eliminate the general maintenance such as painting, or even replacing. There are many different uses for the bollard cover which can ranging from different industries. Most commonly places to use bollard covers are:

The bollard cover has grown in shape, size and appearance since the first inception. Instead of the normal more simple bollard cover such as the done shaped design, companies have created bollard covers that look like a pawn, may have texture with rib type features, and even bollards with lights.

Bollards are usually concrete posts that are usually seen arranged in a line that indicates a certain path someone wants you to take. The bollard can be made of concrete that will can also help protect building corners, indicate lanes, or just to send a caution signal to a driver or pedestrian.

ClearanceGard overhead clearance bars by Innoplast, effectively warn drivers against accidental collisions in warehouse, car wash, drive thru, valet carports, and other low clearance applications.

Produced from our sturdy 4” bollard covers, ClearanceGard clearance bars are easy to install, and will provide many years of service.  Standard bars are available in all Bollardgard stock colors (red, white, orange, yellow, blue, gray or black) and include your choice of 3M reflective tape stripes (white, red, blue, yellow, green or black).  Like Bollardgard, ClearanceGard clearance bars are warranted for 5 years against cracking and fading.

Accessories for ClearanceGard clearance bars include a hardware kit for hanging the bar (includes all necessary hardware plus six feet of galvanized chain).  You provide the attachment point to the building or other structure.  Hardware kits are $10 per unit.

Standard and custom lettering are also available.  Standard “CLEARANCE” lettering and height numbers are available in red reflective and black non-reflective.  Standard lettering is $15 per unit.  Non-standard lettering is $25 per unit and requires a one week lead time.

How is BollardGard manufactured?

BollardGard bollard covers are molded from Polyethylene resin. 4” and 7” covers are blow molded from HDPE, and 8” covers are rotationally molded or “roto-cast” from MDPE. All BollardGard™ materials are formulated for maximum durability and quality. All BollardGard bollard covers are guaranteed against fading and cracking for 5 years. BollardGard is available in seven standard colors or can be produced in custom colors.

How do I install Bumperwrap?

Bumperwrap is easily and quickly installed with cable ties or a strapping kit available from Innoplast. Bumperwrap can also be installed on flat surfaces with industrial adhesives available from Innoplast. Check out our Bumperwrap Installation Instructions.

How is Bumperwrap manufactured?

Bumperwrap is extruded in a continuous process from UV stabilized flexible PVC (Vinyl) for durable protection and long service life. Bumperwrap is extruded in standard black and yellow, and is available in custom color combinations.

How long will it take to get here?

Most Innoplast orders are shipped via UPS Ground or Fedex Ground service. Please check the UPS Time In Transit or Fedex Time in Transit maps for approximate delivery times. Larger orders will be shipped by truck. Expedited service is also available. Please call to get a quote on these services.

BumperWrap™ is a flexible protective wrap for use on concrete light pole bases, floor-to-ceiling columns, concrete walls, railings and many “non-standard” bollard applications. BumperWrap™ is great for car dealership inventory lots, public and municipal parking lots, valet stations, drive thu’s, gas stations, conveninence stores and warehouses.

BumperWrap™ is extruded vinyl (Flexible PVC) material measuring 12” wide and 1/2′” thick. It can be cut from standard 40-foot rolls to accommodate any size or shape circumference. Black and yellow is standard, and other color combinations are available by custom run. Please call us for a quote on custom colors.

BumperWrap™ installs quickly and easily with heavy duty cable ties or poly strapping, both available from Innoplast. Straps and cable ties are hidden in the BumperWrap™ internal channels.
